decent location and great staff
major attractions helpful staff front desk
i liked being so close to major attractions. i could walk to the hagia sophia and blue mosque easily. the breakfast crew were very friendly and helpful. they made sure i had everything i needed each morning. the front desk staff checked me in early and provided breakfast, it was appreciated.
the rooms were small for luggage. i had trouble placing my suitcase without tripping. also, the bathroom flooded several times. i reported this but it wasnt fixed .

the staff was very attentive, mostly at the reception and during breakfast, and responded quickly to requests. they helped me with directions to local attractions and transportation options. i felt really welcomed and cared for.

The hotel location is convenient. It is a short walk to many historical sites. The breakfast offers a good selection of food (i especially liked the pastries). The staff carried my bags to my room. A very warm welcome indeed.
The room had very little light. I wished there had been a bedside lamp.

friendly staff excellent location fresh toiletries
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is a definite plus, close to major attractions. Breakfast included many selections daily. The room was always clean, and fresh toiletries were provided each day.
The soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel enjoys a superb location, really close to iconic landmarks. Transportation is easily accessible, as the tram station is within a short walking distance. This makes exploring the area very convenient.
